This Saturday, October 18th, Chaikin Trial Group is proud to sponsor the Light The Night Walk at Harry Chapin Lakeside Theater in Eisenhower Park, East Meadow, NY.
The event begins at 5:30 PM and runs until 8:00 PM with fireworks to close, bringing together survivors, families, and community members to honor those affected by blood cancers like leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma.
What Is Light The Night?
Light The Night is an annual fundraising event hosted by Blood Cancer United (formerly known as Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS)). The walk raises awareness and funds to support blood cancer research and provide resources for patients and families navigating treatment.
Participants carry illuminated lanterns—each color representing a story:
- White for survivors
- Red for supporters
- Gold in memory of loved ones lost
Together, these lights symbolize hope, unity, and remembrance.
